Democratic Canadian Union. As with several "parties" in
Canada, there is no indication that the
DCU is anything other than a party of one
person (whose first name is isn't clear: "T.
Slama" is said to be the leader, and
is the only individual who is said to be
associated with the DCU). There is some
indication that the site was made prior
to 2001 and has never been updated since:
the DCUs policies speak of eliminating
RRSP foreign content restrictions by 2001.
policies are extremely limited in scope: the
party would cut taxes, subsidize education,
and make some changes to the RRSP system. Those
policies are set out in the DCU's "Policies
1" document. The party's "Policies
2" document is essentially an set of reasons
for not abandoning the monarchical system of
government in Canada.
